SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm PDT will ship the same day. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

SHIPPING METHODS

Most orders are shipped via DHL with the final mile delivery to be completed by USPS. Overnight orders placed before 12pm will be delivered via FedEx on the next business day before 4:30pm local time.
*Please note business days are Monday through Friday. Although some FedEx deliveries are able to be delivered on a Saturday regrettably this is dependent on carrier volume and is unable to be requested or guaranteed.

DELAYS

*Please note, transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather, and courier transit errors are not within our control. While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email providing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.
It is not uncommon for a carrier to mark an order as delivered 2 – 3 days before it is actually delivered. Be sure to check with housemates and neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong address is provided, shopbops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
